Here at Cubs Insider, we strive to bring you content that is both relevant and fun. I’ve been asked in the past about doing a podcast, but my know-how and time are both sadly limited. But when Drew Brown offered to start one up and allow us to include it here, I was all for it.
Of course, that led me to monkey around with the site a bit more and figure out a way to include podcasts on the menu. I sincerely hope you weren’t reading during my experimentation with pages and tags, but I think it’s all set now. Well, sort of; I still can’t figure out how to prevent the newest title from displaying as the page header as well.
In any case, I figured I’d start off with the interview I conducted with Hoosier, ESPN commentator, and huge Cubs fan Dan Dakich a few months back. In fact, that interview was one of the first, if not the first, articles I posted on CI after we split from ChicagoNow, so I thought it fitting that the audio version would be our first post here. Enjoy. Or, you know, don’t.
And please excuse my stuttering at the start. Wow, that’s hard to listen to.
